With Sports Direct as our title sponsor to the programme, we want to do something different and make our partnership really count. In 2017 we raised €14,491 for Temple Street Children’s Hospital through your very kind donations - Thank You!!

Why Temple Street?

Temple Street is the leading paediatric hospital in the country treating over 145,000 sick children annually

The reality - it’s in serious need of funds and the demand for it’s services is increasing. There are over 825,000 children in Ireland under the age of 16 & the number is set to rise to almost 1,000,000 over the next 10 years

The reality – the national children’s hospital is still almost 10 years away and Temple Street estimate that in that time almost 1.5m babies and kids will need their help in that time

In order to provide that help they need funds to build & improve things around Temple street. Things like:

  • The purchase of vital life-saving equipment like dialysis machines and incubators
  • The development of a new Neurology Unit and Renal Department costing over €5m
  • Temple Street needs to raise and additional €7.5m over the next 3 years to make their ambitious plans a reality
